    Last week I received this book in the mail from the informal book group and had not ever heard of it So I read a few pages and found myself instantly concerned and interested in the lead character Esther It is a fast read and I can see why it was a best seller in Ireland PS I am glad I am not Catholic and did not grow up when she did
